Club Policies

  1. Membership requires a 1 year pay in advance contract (at discounted rate) or a month-to-month contract WITHOUT any lapses in payment. All members are responsible for paying their membership dues on time. In the event that your membership expires due to lapse in payment of monthly membership dues FOR LONGER THAN 15 DAYS, you will be required to pay a $100.00 reinstatement fee and rejoin at the current rate. 
  2. All Pickleball court reservations must be made online via CourtReserve. Each player registered must check in with their phones or with a staff member before play.
  3. Members are expected to cancel court reservations via CourtReserve or by contacting the front desk prior to reservation start time. Members that do not cancel or show up for their scheduled reservation, will be subject to a $10.00 no-show fee. 
  4. Court reservations may be scheduled up to one week in advance.
  5. Pickleball “Open Play” (MEMBERS ONLY) must be registered for prior to arrival via Court Reserve and check in upon arrival. GUESTS must be accompanied by a member unless approved ahead of time by a Payton or Chris.
  6. GUESTS of members are allowed 2 visits per year before requiring membership. 
  7. Guest fees are $25.00 per person. Members are responsible adding their guests to their court reservation on Court Reserve and paying the guest fee ahead of time online.
  8. All guests must complete a liability waiver form if they have not previously done so.  This can be done on Court Reserve or in person at the facility BEFORE playing. (On – site staff can assist)
  9. All Pool members and guests must sign-in at pool gate entrance when using the swimming pool.
