Club Policies

  1. All members are responsible for paying their membership dues on time. In the event that your membership expires, you will be required to rejoin at the current rate and pay the published initiation fee. 
  2. All tennis & pickleball court reservations must be made online via CourtReserve.
  3. Members are expected to cancel court reservations via CourtReserve or by contacting General Manager prior to reservation start time. Members that do not cancel or show up for their scheduled reservation, will be subject to a $10.00 no-show fee. 
  4. Court reservations may be scheduled up to one week in advance.
  5. Guests are allowed four visits per year before requiring membership. 
  6. Guest fees are $15.00 per person. Members are responsible for paying guest fees (Able to add to court reservation via Court Reserve or pay via cash/check at front desk).
  7. All non-members and guests must sign-in at front lobby and complete a liability waiver form when using the tennis & pickleball courts.
  8. All members and guests must sign-in at pool gate entrance when using the swimming pool.
